Standard projects operate on a 50/25/25 milestone schedule. 50% upfront to commence, 25% at midway review, and 25% prior to final delivery/deployment.
SCOPE & REVISIONS
Each design phase includes up to 2 rounds of structural revisions. Additional iterations or out-of-scope feature requests are billed at standard hourly rates.
IP OWNERSHIP
Full Intellectual Property rights and source code are transferred to the client immediately upon clearance of the final invoice.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Projects cancelled post-commencement are subject to a 20% kill fee of the total project value to cover scheduled overallocation.
